RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We at Omega Exclusive accept returns only if the shipped product is received by the customer in damaged condition during the time of delivery. Damage, If any has to be notified to us through mail or message within 24 hrs of the time of delivery.

For certain slightly damaged products(which happens during transit occasionally) we would prefer to refund some amount of the actual value, as per the damage(if the customer accepts). If a single piece from a set gets damaged we will ship the single broken piece alone again if needed.
We are happy to help you select the correct product without any confusions. We will assist you through WhatsApp too if needed before checkout. But once the order is placed we would not be able to cancel the order or refund in any case.
If you wish to order material through WhatsApp messages or video call, we are always ready for that too(We give utmost importance for clear communications regarding any queries or doubts which arise before placing an order).
If a product is returned due to any unavoidable reason, it should be packed in the same packing and in unused condition as it was dispatched.
Refund for any product returned shall be processed within 48 hrs from the time the product reaches us back.
If any parcel is found tampered during transit, do let us know as early as possible. Please take a clear picture of the box's condition and forward to us before opening.
The delivery time mentioned is approximate in normal conditions. We are not responsible for any delay in shipments due to unavoidable circumstances and it can't be criteria for return.
As most of our products are handmade there will be slight variations in colour, size, shape and overall look from one piece to another. So these can't be considered a defect and is not eligible for return.
In case of any dispute with us, if unavoidable the jurisdiction for the dispute will be Chennai, India only
